Just bought two Ebikes from Neil at fastrider. A power fly 4 for my wife and a power fly 5 for myself. Both myself and my wife are new to cycling and in our 50s but as we enjoy the outdoors we thought we would give it a go. After some conversation with Neil discussing what i thought i was looking for he pionted me the correct direction. We have had the bikes a few day now and find then to be great fun. We also got a fair discount for buying the two bikes together. So well done to Fastrider and its owner Neil for his advice and service, which included comming back to shop after hours so that i could collect the bikes without me having to take time of work. We will be making Fastrider first port of call in the future servicing and accessories. Highly recommend.

What brilliant service from Neil at Fast rider. I ordered a Trek x Caliber 9 on Monday afternoon. The bike was not in stock and needed pedals also not in stock. Neil phoned me Tuesday afternoon THE NEXT DAY to saythe bike was ready to collect. I couldnt believe it such service and price competitive from my local store.Well done Fast Rider.
I bought my first MTB so didn't know any better. It wasn't as described but stupidly kept it. It was described as a demo but it had been battered and also had different components to those specified in the advert. I asked 4 times for a VAT receipt but Neil just ignored me so lost out on claiming back 350 at the airport. Terrible service, would definitely not recommend
Saw my bike online, right bike, great price. Only issue being it was 350 miles away! Neil communicates really well, provided extra photos, set the seat height and re took photos, all so I could be sure of my purchase. The bike was received today professionally packaged by Neil with extra boxes and pipe lagging etc. Superb service, price and communications. A++++
