This is not a complaint but i asked for the same car on two different occasions and got something else Nissan Qashki and Vauxhaul Highland X i think it was called. At the end of the day they were good enough cars with no issues would have been good to drive the car i asked for tho.The staff and the service was brilliant i really liked the woman that set both cars up for me she was like a wee ray of sunshine cars were ready on time clean and tidy.I also asked for a run to the bus station after returning the first car and got took straight away second time i waited for 45 mins but they had staffing issues that day and wasn't in a hurry anyway i couldn't even have a coffee they had no milk haha.Ps if you would like to give me the car i asked for free for a day that would be very much appreciated ( if you don't ask you don't get right ? ) haha seriously tho thanks Enterprise.
We had a little incident with the rental car resulting in a little bump in the driver''s door. Our own car did not get the slightest mark from it! We know how much this would cost to fix, as I previously worked repairing bumps, probably under 500.00. What they did was probably buying a new door instead of repairing it because they charged us 1232.40 for the repair.

Very good service received, had a little wait when picking van up just while it was being finished cleaning but service was top notch, friendly staff and everything was explained clearly. Previously used Arnold Clark but would definitely recommend and be using Enterprise Kilmarnock again
