I arranged to hire my husband's kilt etc by phone from Canada. As we were picking up the outfit the day before the wedding there was no room for error. We needn't have worried. Everything fitted perfectly and Geraldine and Jay provided helpful hints on the etiquette of wearing highland dress. As a consquence my husband, who hadn't worn a kilt since childhood, felt confident amongst wedding guests who wore this atire much more frequently.
