I chose this florist from the internet as it was in Kilmarnock . We live in Michigan and I wanted to send flowers to my mother in law. There was a problem delivering them as there was no answer at the door or on the phone. Flowers were left with the neighbor who also had no answer at the door. After a couple of days I was contacted and told they would pick up the flowers from the neighbor and send a new arrangement if I could make sure someone was there to receive. Karen's flowers went above and beyond and the arrangement was beautiful! I will definitely use them again! Heather
