After initial problems with the kitchen due to the salesman things were quickly sorted out and changed. My kitchen is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The fitters were hard working and had the kitchen fitted quickly consulting us on all decisions. Thanks I love my new kitchen.
From beginning with surveyor to meeting with Ann Marie we were impressed with everything, all that remains is for us to be impressed with the price!
The shop is good, great ideas and kitchens but the service is rubbish. Communication is zero, you have to chase everything up. My kitchen was meant to be completed on 18th July and I finally got the final door today (2 October - (11 weeks later!!)) They were just making school boy mistakes, mis-measures, scratches,not enough attention to detail etc... Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a complete competent and fast service.
Beautiful Kitchens and staff in the showroom were fantastic, really go out their way to help you understand kitchens. The manager introduced us to a designer Scott that was very knowledgable and again helped answer any question myself and my partner. We took a brochure home for ideas, we were recommended by one of friends who has just recently purchased a kitchen from Kessler.
I visited Kessler on Sunday and I was greeted by a lovely young girl, think her name was Charmaine apologies if I am wrong, blonde hair and big smile, very positive and very attentive and didn't once do that typical as soon as you come in the door and pounce. She was very knowledgable and also gave a lot of ideas as myself and wife just didn't know where to start but as its early stages she did say we could get a home measure and book an appointment and spend one on one with a designer and also be able to see what could fit in our space. The showroom had a lot of beautiful displays. We are going to go back in on Friday to book a home measure and appointment and hopefully to speak the girl, we were going to go other places but we felt really comfortable.
