im not very happy sent down a bag of washing for them to do and they ruined a blanket i called the shop and got no help thought it was straight forward for them to wash darks then lights but not this company they put a bright white blanket in with a load of darks then say after they have done it and ruined it we thought you wanted it washed like that lol yes i really wanted my washing to be dingy grey :(
