A lovely big room, clean and warm. Big bed which was comfortable. The room was clean. There's a hairdryer and tea and coffee and a kettle. Great stay.
Premier inn are always spot on and this one in kilmarnock is no different. No problems here. Room clean and comfortable.
Great place to stay. Very restful night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bed comfortable but pillows too soft and no substance. One towel in bathroom, had to go to Reception to ask for more. Dark hair by bathroom mirror when we arrived & still there when we left 3 days later..not mine as my hair is blonde! Other than that staff friendly and polite.
For a premier inn it was the best ive been to and I have been to a'lot of them due to work. Staff where amazing and in a nice area. Food place next door was also really good. Would go there again.
