Got a pizza there on Sunday night waitet 1hour and twenty-five minnets got the pizza and it was cold will not be back

This is not the place it used to be years back. Used to be good, reasonably priced food, orders correct & delivered promptly. Now foods quality going downhill, overpriced, orders usually wrong or missing items & take forever for deliveries to arrive. Not sure if its under different management
Having been a loyal a customer of this place for many years I am now loathed to write this review!! For the last while we have been using their online ordering system which aims to deliver within 45 minutes. However this time is somewhat wrong. Never is it on time, when you call to find out whats happening with the order - the usual excuse of the order has just left, the slip was lost. The staff within the shop dont seem to care anymore about customer service!!
