Incompetent company, added to the stress of moving.
Very dissapointed my daughter had a removal and her fireplace plus fridge freezer have both been dented plus her leather sofas has been scraped.Unfortunately she was asked to sign a form prior to the flit agreeing that this company would not be responsible for any damage.After the response to review there have been two calls giving contact details to be passed to Liz or whoever deals with issues such as this -but as yet no response back.
Fabulous company and nothing is ever too much trouble. Have used Thomsons 4 times now for various moves all around Scotland and the north of England and can't praise them highly enough. From the office team to the guys who do the move, everyone works tirelessly and with enthusiasm........highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future (put hopefully not for a wee while!).
Great company to deal with, from start to finish they were consummate professionals. Very well priced and despite the complexity of the job (moving from 2 homes in different areas into a new home), they made it easy for us.The staff were really friendly, helpful and worked their socks off. Everything was moved safely, was well protected and secured professionally, all whilst protecting our properties from damage and dirt, and they did a magnificent job.
