Steven came out today to clear out the condensate trap and condensate pipe from my boiler.He phoned ahead of time to let me know when he would be here, which was great as it meant I wasnt sitting around waiting.He sorted the issue quickly and was very friendly.As for the price McRoberts charged, it was very reasonable.Ive previously had a lot of other work carried out by McRoberts and Ive never had any issues with the work or the price. Id have no problem recommending them to family or friends.

Had the guys at McRoberts in to do a full central heating system for a terraced house in June. From start to finish the job was spot on.* quoted accurately, speedily and competitively* work started and finished within timescale set * workers and admin side approachable and helpful* completed work was left clean, safe and to high standard. During the project I did make some changes to design and this was dealt with helpfully by all staff and priced realistically in the final invoice. For future jobs I will definitely by calling them first!!!
Ive just had a new boiler and bathroom installed and Im delighted. Richard did all of the planning work and gave great advice on space saving options as my bathroom is small. He was extremely patient when I changed my mind several times about what I wanted, he couldnt have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Sean, Taylor and Scott did the installations and they were all extremely respectful, friendly, professional and tidy. Communications from Laura in the office have been polite and professional also. All work completed to a high standard so thank you all. Ps. I note one of the previous reviewers comment on fake reviews from family and friends. I am not family or a friend, just a genuinely pleased customer.
