We were driven by the lovely and cheery Ali today. My cousin and I had a complete disaster as we had no cash to pay the fare. Having mistakenly posted our keys through the letterbox (don't ask) we could not get into the house to get cash. This is at 5am in the morning and we had to be at the ariport to get our flight by 5:30am. Ali kindly drove us to the airport regardless and told us we could sort it with head office by paying over the phone at 7am. Had it not been for that act of kindness we would have missed our flights and our holiday. We will now try to pay forward the kindness. In the meantime, had to give this lady a 5 star review. Thanks Ali!
Use regularly, fair price and decent staff
Awful service, totally unreliable.Called to book a car to pick up my wife from the last train into Glasgow Central and bring her back to Stewarton. Paid up front, and gave them her mobile number in case of problems.They forgot.My wife had to wait, alone, after midnight, outside a closed train station, for 40 mins before anyone turned up. Driver didn't even know how to get back to Stewarton and couldn't work his sat nav.Shocking service, and not even an apology. I tried to call for an explanation, but they wouldn't pick up the phone.Find another way of getting home, don't rely on Stewarton Taxis.
