Just had Buddy my 10 week old puppy at vet this morning .Called at 8.30 this morning got an appointment for 9.30 seen vet who was lovely very helpful with advice and gave Buddy a thorough examination and medicine for his tummy I can't recommend them highly enough onward and upward and see you in 2 weeks for his last jabs then we can go out walking Thank you so much...

From receptionists to nurses vets so kind and caring to your pet surgery spotlessly clean

If you want the best service, ask for David. Any time I've seen any other vet the service has been appalling and I only see David now. I feel like they are quite greedy when it comes to money since moving premises and employing more vets. I was 73 for the girl to do an internal examination, twice, and antibiotics that I can get off the Internet for 20 including delivery! Then she wanted me to bring her back the following week and put her on an expensive and very dangerous drug, the side effects are horrific. She didn't even clean my dogs bum after the examinations. I requested that I see David the following week and he said she was in great shape despite her condition and to use an at home protocol. Which I'd already Googled all the things I needed to treat her holistically. Remember to ask for David if you want the best treatment.

Fantastic veterinary surgery. We have been taking Rufus, our adopted German Shepherd here, for three years now. He had to have emergency surgery just after we adopted him and we received excellent service. The whole team are superb. 24/7 service means you always see a practice vet that you are familiar with, which is reassuring for you and your pet. Rufus has a few health issues so we are here quite often, and I can't recommend this practice enough. Always compassionate service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Rufus can get quite anxious, and very loud, so we used to get a late appointment with the option to enter via the side door, to avoid any extra stress for him. Fortunately he doesn't need that now, he can go in the main door like everyone else! We have actually moved away from Kilmarnock but continue to come here, due to the staffing team and the level of care we receive. Highly recommended.

From saving the life of my beloved cat Darwin to the tragic loss of my loyal old dog Zaak...these guys have helped throughout. I always recommend them to others who are looking for a good vet. In my opinion they are the best
