Excellent service and at the highest standard
Really disappointed with work that was recently done to my vehicle on behalf of a local dealer. You passed the vehicle MOT without any advisory or failure, however I had to return the vehicle 74 miles later, as the nearside tyre was down to the cord! How you can miss this on the MOT is beyond me, there is now a wheel bearing issue as a result of this stress on the vehicle. Furthermore, you replaced 2 suspension arms but did not track the vehicle. This simply baffles me, I am sorry but performance is not something I would associate with my experience of you guys, very disappointing.
Had my mondeo mk4 2.2 tdci in at the dealer 11 times in 12 months. The dealer couldnt identify the fault and kept throwing parts at it at my expense and telling me just run it and see how that goes. After finally giving up and telling me they dont know whats causing the fault i was ready to give up and just get rid of the car. Thats when I was told about Andy at arc performance. I payed them a visit discussed my issues and booked it in the following week. Only 2 hours after giving them the car I was contacted by Andy to tell me about the cause of my fault, he went ahead and sorted it and I got the car back the same night. Ive now run the car for the last 2 months fault free. I cannot praise arc performance enough and Andy for there help and knowledge on sorting my fault and I wont hesitate to bring my car here for anything else. Dont waste your time by going to the dealer just go here for a very friendly garage who wont mess you around.
Had my car in to get a new engine fitted,fast service job done within a couple days, great price.would highly recommend taking your car here if you have any issues.
