When i took the car in there was no wait, took it straight away and advised I could pick it up at a time that suited me which suited due to work commitments. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The car was ready about 50 minutes after my appointment time. Would highly recommend due to pleasant, friendly and approachable staff, i will certainly use again.
