Worst letting agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Appalling lack of communication between tenants, agents and landlords not to mention the unprofessionalism of staff's manner towards complaints and repair requests. 1 star is generous, I wouldn't even give them that if I had the option.
To say this company is incompetent is an understatement! Money grabbing rouges who dont pay invoices and ignore phone calls and emails. I know for a fact Im not the only one whos been ripped off by the Kilmarnock office. Avoid at all costs!
