Absolutely useless! Haven't got a clue how to run a business. Messed me about, got me to fill out forms then done a credit check on me and it was all fine then they finally called me saying after doing all the checks, made up a story about the landlord doesn't want to rent it anymore! Bunch of end kkk supporters!! Use them if you've got time to waste!!
My advice would be to not use Letts Agree, we were ignored for months when there were serious flaws with the flat. They refused to supply a second set of expensive keys for 2 tenants. The only time we received prompt contact was when they claimed we had taken things from the property after vacating it.
