Sold me a 8k pile of sh*t. Bought a 2014 plate fiesta 1.0 ecoboost back in January 2018 from them and oh boy has it fallen apart since. Clutch is buggered, Fuel pump is buggered, issue with ignition timing. Front left brake caliper seizes most of the time. Had to change front disc's and pads as there was a ridge on the discs big enough to jump off and the pads were cracked, then I had to replace rear shoes as they were simply infective, the car has dents, scratches that are enough to class it as a CAT D write off. Funny because I bought it with 14079 miles and it now has 17100 odd on it and with in the very minamal mileage it's falling apart and I seem to find a new scratch every time I look at it. I could go on for days for the rest of what's gone wrong with it. Avoid at all possible means. The salesmen are a bunch of scaming a*se holes. Don't even give them the time of day. As a whole don't give Arnold Clark in general the time of day. Worst of the fact the last service cost me 300 because the oil filter was seized onto the block and funny thing is it had been serviced just before I went to see it. Just don't even look at them for a purchase.
This is a big Showroom with lots of cars for sale as well as vans to hire and buy!It has a good selection and you get peace to look round but sales are nearby if needed!

Slow checking my car in due to computer issues, dropped the car off at 9am. It was ready for collection at 5pm. No calls from Ford to update me as to why it was taking so long, I called and was told I would have a call back, but nothing. 2pm work was started on my car. 4pm had the email and video from the mechanic as to issues and health check. No issues found. No call from staff on the desk as to when it was ready for pick. Required me to call again to find out. This is the same issue I had a year ago for the same MOT and service to be carries out.
