UPDATED RESPONSE BELOW.Highly do not recommend buying a car from this garage, as I have had nothing but problems with my car that I bought here medcanically after a few days of owenership, and still have not been given my service book and spare key after 2 month of phoning them and chasing after the key and service book, when told at sale it comes with the following items. Trading Standards have been contacted!Please feel free to send my service book and key by post as I have contacted you guys to many times and should have my information . Sold me a lemon.
Very pleased with new car,dealt with Lee who went above and beyond to help,other staff were very good too ,can't fault vehicle trade centre Kilmarnock.
Not impressed at all by this company, when I bought car was told it had 2keys service history , i arranged with them to pick car up about 6.30 to 7pm on the night i picked it up 2 sales men were waiting at the door all lights were out handed me a key fuel light on car on empty don't know the area was told just turn right at roundabout petrol station along there. They said logbook and second key was at other garage and would send to me.sent paper work no key phones them God knows how many times 3months in still no key salesman said he did not say it had 2keys total lies they are full of shut and not interested at all it seems like you bought it so live with it.
The company is great. Helped me on such short notice and gave me a smashing car. Can't thank them enough. Stephen the salesmen was a big help. Would recommend them if you are looking for a new car.
Bought a 2013 Peugeot here a few months ago from Stephen and I still absolutely adore it to this day. First car Ive bought and had no issues with. Salesman wasnt pushy and was really knowledgeable when it came to explaining the finance procedures. Will definitely go back ne t time Im upgrading my car!
