Bought a crv just after new year and it I can honestly say I got a great deal.Motor is great fantastic price .Young Salesman Darren was great .The only gripe was it not being ready for test drive as the mechanics hadn,t fixed certain obvious areas and the valeting and detailing where not good at all which is why it only got 4 stars .Love my car anyway it drives great and is in great condition otherwise so no faults so far and would look here again if was getting another.
This is the worst dealer for car sales I have ever dealt with. As a business cash buyer I was made to wait AN HOUR when I turned up (bang on time) for an appointment to test drive a car we'd already put a deposit down on. When I was finally seen, the car was boxed in by multiple other vehicles and wouldn't start. 2 hours total to drive and confirm purchase (big mistake). I was scheduled to pick the car up at 3 o'clock one day the following week but due to train times I was going to be earlier. I phoned and let the dealer know I'd be there between half one and two and was told that was fine. Arrived at quarter to two and was told by Gillian that she wasn't expecting me till 3 and that she had a two o'clock appointment and would see me after that. She then spent the next fifteen minutes doing nothing that I could see so could pretty much have done the transfer if she'd wanted to. 50 minutes later finally someone else offered to do the change over (Darren I think who was spot on to be fair). When I asked Gillian why that hadn't been done as soon as I arrived she told me that no-one was free then (there had been at least 4 sales assistants doing absolutely nothing the entire time I was there) and that she had a two o'clock appointment. I pointed out that I had a one o'clock appointment the week before that seemed to be fine to be kept waiting but she wasn't bothered. It was nearly half past three when I finally left and Gillian was still with the two o'clock appointment so presumably would have be happy to let me sit for nearly two hours. As a business owner it really annoys me that a business run like this can apparently be successful.
Hi, I know this garage gets a bit of stick now and then but I've been using them for servicing my Vauxhall Insignia for about four years and to be honest it's not expensive , I paid 160.00 for an interim service and health check , I declined the free car wash service though. I would say they are not that bad, the service receptionist Gabby is nice as is Karen the service manager. I had my Insignia serviced this morning and I received good service and the 160.00 is of no concern , anyway a thumbs up from me...
So much for replacing my alternator with a new one as promised the car has broken DOWN AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME IN 7 MONTHS and now it's out of warranty I will be left with a bill for a new one and possibly a new battery I will be spreading the word to my work colleagues friends and family and stranger's to never purchase a car from yous ever as all yous have done from the start is mess me around yous are fake and foney we customers pay good money and we expect what we buy to be good quality I will put this down to the worst experience ever buying a car from yous l expected better from yous I spent a lot of money with you I feel very angry and ripped off this has never happened before. Just so you know this is genuine my name is Douglas Maxwell registration SJ15BSV CAR has broken down again 3 times in a year on 23/11/18 another bill for me thanks Evans Halshaw Now I have no choice to trade the car in can't afford to keep repairing it.
