I went to this car sales business with the intention of buying a car the salesman Dean was exceptional in his customer service he was open and honest he told me the existing issues with the car which made me rethink I chose another car and can honestly say im over the moon we were treated with courtesy and nothing was too much trouble i would highly recommend this company and i would return if I need to buy another car .thankyou Dean for excellent customer service *****5 starEdit: after a fault was discovered the day after i bought this car Dean not only offered to fix it he gave me the use of a courtesy car ,went out of his way to get mine fixed at no cost to me despite the fact that the fault did not come under the warranty and turned out to be a bigger job than first thought he kept me updated and even delivered my car to me ! What can i say we are absolutely blown away by this mans customer service and excellent attention we recieved we cannot express our thanks enough . Dean ,absolute gentleman !!
Recently bought a car from here and very happy with the service i received. I didn't really know what i was looking for as it was for both business and pleasure, Dean really helped me out and talked through my needs and shown me a few cars matching my needs.After choosing my car, He went through all the options on how to pay which was simple and quick.Before picking it up the car was checked and valeted. Recommended a friend to them which he bought a car from them just this past week and can't happier with the overall service
I bought a car from James little street, I enquired through text about the car and had excellent service and they answered all my annoying questions, Im a single mum and I dont know a lot about cars or have a lot of confidence in dealing with things like this , Dean was amazing he asked me what I needed and showed my the cars he had in my price range, he was very honest and I felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust, I have had my car for 5 months now and any questions or queries I have had dean has always helpedMe out, I had a smal budget and and needed a safe reliable car for me and my daughter and I am glad to say I have that! Thank you! Some of these other reviews seem very bitter and undeserving, I know how hard it is try to buy a used car on a limited budget my car has exceeded my expectations some ppl expect a brand new car while wanting to pay 2nd (/3rd/4th/5th) hand car prices ! Shame on you! Thanks again sooo happy with my little car! X
Highly recommended fixed everything on my car when they put it through its mot even the advisory so when i got car it had a full mot with clean sheet.if your no happy with anything just ask they were happy to help..cheers again andy....dont be put off with the reviews!!!
