I arranged with Five Star Vehicle Deliveries for a car to be collected from Sheffield and delivered to Aberdeenshire, this was arranged a week in advance,I was contacted by a Female named Fiona, I took a note of the telephone number from my call displayer, because the telephone number I was given was in Aberdeen, so I was wondering why I had a telephone call from Ellon, when I phoned back to accept the quotation I spoke to someone called James, he advised me that they were a professional company also he advised that they looked after customers cars and they can be assured of the best possible service at all times, and they insured the cars for any damage, I sent them an Email detailing our discussion, and agreeing the price, and the car would be delivered to me on the 8th November 2013, and to advise me of any problems with this, I got an Email stating All Booked Many Thanks James, at 12.30 on the 8th November I contacted the number in Ellon that the person had called me from with the price for collection and delivery, she was Fiona, I asked when my car was coming today, she advised me that she would contact the Aberdeen Office and get someone to contact me. nobody contacted me, so I phoned Fiona again, and found out that she was in Ellon, and she was also in Aberdeen, she apparently can be in two places at once, she advised me that the Transporter was back in Ellon and my car was not on it, I stated that our contract was that the car was to be delivered today the 8th November, I was advised it would not be delivered today, I asked where my car was, and she could not answer me, I said then I would want a reduction on the charges for breach of contract, she said they would not do that, and if I refused to pay the full price on delivery, they would send the car back to where it came from.I then went to the Office in Ellon to find out about my car, asking her questions about where my car was she said she felt threatened by my questions, I advised her that I was covertly recording the conversation, she said that this was a criminal offence, so I told her to contact the Police, I then said I would go to the Police myself, but first I tried to contact James in the Kilmarnock Office as he was the CEO, I was advised he was on Holiday, I was advised I was talking to the Logistics Manager, I explained the problems I was having about my car, and I wanted to know where my car was, and told her all the lies I was being told. I advised her that I was in contact with the company I had bought the car from and it had been collected on the 6th November 2013 at between 9 & 9-30 am, I asked for answers about where my car was, and that they had breached our contract, I advised her I was recording the conversation for my own safety, she then hung up the phone on me. So I have made a complaint to the Police, as I believe they have stolen my car, as nobody knows where it is, I will be going to the Sheriff Court on the 11th November to instigate Court Proceedings against this company.
